It is our pleasure to introduce Just a Taste of New Jersey, a bakery storefront located in Fair Lawn, NJ. We officially got the keys and will be opening to the public in early 2025! It will have the best baked goods that New Jersey has to offer and like Carson's Cookie Dough, will employ individuals who are differently-abled. With its full commercial kitchen, our Just a Taste of NJ Storefront will be the official home of Carson's Cookie Dough. Having two businesses allows for more opportunities, with a wider variety of options - for both our customers and our future employees.

Now that our businesses have a home, we are going to put our heads down and work as efficiently as possible to continue creating solid foundations so they can grow, thrive and provide fulfilling employment for years to come. The next couple of months will be filled with setting up our kitchen, working our way through the paperwork, and licensing & inspection requirements.
